Key responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition
- End-to-end recruitment management - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions as per TAT.
- Coordination with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and align recruitment strategies.
- Salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and managing candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations
Managing end-to-end process of offer rollouts, appointment letter issuance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Leading reference checks and background verification with precision and speed to support quality hires.Ensuring smooth pre-onboarding / onboarding process and elevate the employee experience.Coordinating with the insurance partner to ensure enrolments, updates, and claims with efficiency and employee-first focus.Employee Life Cycle Management
Driving timely and seamless execution of confirmation processes, probation extensions, and accurate record-keeping to support employee growth.Managing smooth employee exits, from conducting insightful exit interviews to overseeing full & final settlements and clearance formalities.Creating and delivering a wide range of employee documents including experience letters, salary certificates, and official correspondence with precision and promptness.Employee Engagement
Ideating and executing engagement activities and initiatives to enhance employee morale and workplace culture.Coordinating festival celebrations, wellness initiatives, and internal contests.HRMS (DarwinBox) Operations
Owning and executing end-to-end HRMS workflows, from onboarding, confirmations, and exits to document management and real-time data updates.Empowering new joiners with hands-on HRMS training, ensuring smooth navigation of self-service modules and key features.Driving data integrity by generating insightful reports and maintaining 100% accuracy across all employee records.Core Requirements
Proven experience of 3–5 years in recruitment and HR operations roles.Bachelor's degree in psychology, Management, or a related field.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR documentation.Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and make data-driven decisions.
