This role is about creating clarity , warmth , and trust across the employee journey — from onboarding to day-to-day support to the relationship with the client. It’s also about building systems that make this experience repeatable as we grow.

Yes, you’ll handle the operations — onboarding, payroll coordination, documentation, benefits, client updates — but the real job is making sure people feel looked after, understood, and confident in the process.
