This role involves understanding business needs, defining product features, and contributing to user experience design to create intuitive and impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Contribute to creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to support feature development.
- Ensure products are user-friendly, visually consistent, and meet business goals.
- Track product performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure product aligns with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and NIS2 standards.
- Participate in usability testing, design reviews, and iterative product improvements.
Skills & Qualifications :
2 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis.Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance business priorities with user experience considerations.Preferred :
Experience working on both web and mobile applications.Familiarity with analytics tools to track user behavior and product performance.Knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX best practices(ref : hirist.tech)
