As a Learning and Development Partner , you will be responsible for implementing learning and development initiatives across your region, ensuring they align with business needs and drive employee growth. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, create training content, deliver sessions, and ensure seamless execution of learning programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Training & Content Development
- Design and develop training content based on business needs and priorities.
- Act as a Trainer and / or Master Trainer for core learning programs.
- Maintain a balance between trainer availability, learning needs, and session planning .
Learning & Development Execution
Oversee the administrative and operational aspects of L&D programs.Ensure accurate data management and reporting for training analysis.Partner with business leaders to analyze learning needs and recommend effective solutions.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with regional HR teams, global HR functions, and L&D colleagues to ensure alignment in training initiatives.Support the business strategy through structured L&D interventions .Deliver on responsibilities by embodying the company's values and leadership principles .Required Qualifications & Experience :
5-8+ years of experience in a similar L&D role .Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent.Strong stakeholder management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills .Experience in business strategy, people management, and employee lifecycle understanding .Why Join Us
