We are looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator to support the administration and maintenance of the Alcon Learning Academy (Docebo LMS) . The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing learning content, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring seamless learning experiences for associates worldwide. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting employee development in a global, fast-paced, and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Upload, organize, and maintain SCORM packages and other training content within the Alcon Learning Academy (Docebo LMS).
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, manage participant rosters, and distribute calendar invites and communications.
- Assist in the creation and formatting of associate-facing communications such as training announcements, reminders, and newsletters.
- Support training logistics, including attendance tracking, completion reporting, and data validation.
- Generate and organize training data and reports to support dashboards, metrics, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to ensure timely deployment and updates of learning materials.
- Maintain documentation, templates, and shared asset libraries for efficient training operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably Docebo or similar platforms such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, or Moodle).Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and on-time delivery.Familiarity with training operations, e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM), and related administrative processes.Ability to work collaboratively in a global, fast-paced, and compliance-driven environment.Skills Required
