Associate Talent Sourcer (@Rent-A-Sourcer)

As an Associate Talent Sourcer, your role will be to ensure to deliver required support to the Lead / Sr. Sourcers. The primary responsibilities include managing the Talent pipeline, Handing the messaging cadence efficiently, and making necessary reports to meet the SLA.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Sourced Talent Pipeline.
• Track messaging cadence for respective projects.
• Provide sourcing data and insight through reporting.
• Provide necessary support to Lead / Sr. Sourcers.
• Pairing with the Sr. Sourcers in the paired Sourcing sessions to develop the ability to Source individually.
