Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll work closely with the founders and team to learn and contribute across the recruitment process. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get exposure to technical hiring, global markets, and new tools like LLMs.

Your day-to-day will involve :

  • Supporting searches for technical roles in India and abroad
  • Learning how to turn role requirements into clear candidate profiles
  • Using AI tools to speed up sourcing, screening, and documentation
  • Coordinating interviews, capturing feedback, and keeping candidates engaged
  • Helping maintain organized trackers, notes, and pipelines
  • Building relationships with candidates based on trust and transparency

Who You Are

  • Technical foundation : You hold a degree in Computer Engineering or IT Engineering and are comfortable reading technical resumes and discussions.
  • Curious and eager to learn : You want to understand both tech and hiring, and are open to experimenting with new tools.
  • AI-literate (or excited to be) : You’ve used LLMs or are interested in how they can make work faster and smarter.
  • Organized operator : You can keep notes clean, trackers updated, and tasks moving.
  • Good communicator : You write clearly, speak with confidence, and know how to listen.
  • Trustworthy : You value confidentiality and building genuine relationships.
