V-Green India is seeking an Executive Assistant to CEO in India. This role will acts as the key coordination point between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders. Manages scheduling, documentation, bilingual communication, and international liaison. Ensures efficiency and compliance across CEO Office operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics.
- Draft, translate, and review communications between English and Vietnamese.
- Prepare CEO reports, presentations, and minutes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and global partners.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with DPDP Act 2023.
- Support board meetings, documentation, and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure CEO Office alignment with MCA, Companies Act, and DoA protocols.
- Prepare periodic MIS and executive dashboards.
- Support internal / external audits related to CEO Office.
- Act as point of contact during CEO’s travel or absence.
- Ensure filing and archival of sensitive documentation.
- Facilitate bilingual liaison for MoUs, embassy coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or International Relations. Certification in Executive Support or Office Administration preferred. Mandatory Vietnamese language proficiency at T7 level (reading, writing, speaking).5–8 years supporting senior executives (CEO / MD level) in multinational or cross-border setups. Experience in EV, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors preferred. Proven expertise in managing executive schedules, confidential communications, and international coordination (India–Vietnam context).Discreet, dependable, proactive, and highly organized. Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced environments. Upholds integrity, corporate governance, and cross-cultural sensitivity.Fluent in English and Vietnamese (T7 level). Strong written / verbal communication, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Teams, Zoom). Skilled in translation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.Corporate governance protocols, administrative best practices, and international communication standards.
