Job Responsibilities :
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently
Triage and respond to emails and messages, including LinkedIn, on behalf of the CEO
Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track follow-ups
Support and monitor the planning and execution of key strategic projects to ensure timely delivery
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Act as the key liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, investors, and external stakeholders, including coordination for events, conferences, and partnerships
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents; conduct research and provide analysis to support decision-making
Manage occasional personal tasks such as scheduling personal appointments and coordinating with household staff
Skills & Characteristics :
Proven expertise in office management tools and proficiency in MS Office applications
Expert in English communication, both written and verbal
Education & Qualification :
Bachelor's or Master's in any field
3 to 10 years' experience
