Senior QA Analyst

Job Description

The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring that all applications adhere to high-quality standards with respect to Test Automation & DevOps. Competent to work on most phases of quality assurance & quality engineering.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Reviews information systems, performs maintenance work, and identifies and documents all quality-related issues with respect to Test Automation & DevOps.
• Creates and executes various testing documentation (including plans, conditions, and scripts) based on technical and user requirements.
• Responsible for the implementation of a software quality assurance program in support of software applications.
• Participates in establishing software quality standards for life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing and maintenance.
• Conducts software tests.
• Specifies functional and nonfunctional software requirements.
• Assists in establishing quantitative measurements and techniques for measuring software quality.
• Helps establish software test standards and methods and conducts software tests.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience.

Requires general IT knowledge and detailed expertise with established software test standards and methods. Requires knowledge of various Test Automation & DevOps Framework programming and scripting languages. Must be able to evaluate user requirements relative to current system functionality. Requires clear written and verbal communication in a technical context.
