Location :

On-site – Jalandhar, Punjab (Candidates from Jalandhar or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply).

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support to assist customers with product information, order status, and general queries.

• ️ Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Guide customers on product usage and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
