Junior Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain positive client relationships through clear and professional communication.
Handle day-to-day client support activities and documentation.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide regular updates to the team.
Requirements :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English)
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Prior experience in customer support or client servicing will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
