Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for customers of a global sportswear brand.
Understand customer concerns, provide effective resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain First Call Resolution (FCR) and deliver a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
Escalate issues when required, ensuring timely and accurate support to customers.
Follow processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fresh graduates are welcome (any stream).
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO voice process preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.
