Key Responsibilities
1. Training Strategy & Execution
- Design and deliver learning programs across behavioral, functional, and leadership domains.
- Align training initiatives with annual HR strategy and business priorities.
- Facilitate high-impact sessionsvirtual and in-person-with precision and emotional intelligence.
2. LMS Management
Own the Learning Management System : content upload, user access, reporting, and compliance.Curate and maintain a structured digital learning library.Track completion, feedback, and effectiveness metrics.3. Annual Learning Calendar
Build and publish the annual training calendar in collaboration with HRBPs and business leaders.Ensure calendar reflects site-specific needs, leadership priorities, and value reinforcement.Monitor adherence and optimize scheduling for maximum participation.4. Content Creation & Curation
Develop branded, engaging training content : decks, videos, toolkits, and facilitator guides.Translate complex topics into elegant, audience-tailored formats.Partner with internal SMEs and external vendors for specialized modules.5. Program Delivery & Impact
Execute programs with operational rigor-pre-work, logistics, feedback, and post-session follow-ups.Capture and report training ROI through dashboards and insights.Continuously improve programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.Success Metrics :
