Senior Executive IT Infrastructure Support

Executive / Senior Executive - IT to manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and troubleshooting ensuring all systems are secure and operational. This role is crucial in maintaining the technological backbone of the institution supporting both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities :

• User support Training and Troubleshooting in areas of Hardware Operating systems MS Office and Support
• In-Depth Knowledge and Troubleshooting : Utilize your extensive IT knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• IT Infrastructure Management
• Oversee and maintain the school's IT infrastructure including network connectivity hardware software databases and other related systems.
• System Security and Operation : Ensure all IT systems are secure operational and up-to-date with the latest security protocols and updates.
• IT Security Best Practices : Establish and implement best practices for IT security to protect sensitive data and systems from threats.
• Policy Development : Develop and maintain comprehensive IT policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications :

Salary : Up to 4-5 lacs per annum.
