Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced BMC Remedy Developer to join our IT Service Management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining BMC Remedy AR System and ITSM Suite applications. You will work closely with ITSM analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable IT service solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows, forms, and applications within the BMC Remedy AR System.
• Customize and configure ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, etc.) to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Remedy with external systems using web services, APIs, or custom connectors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Remedy environment, including performance tuning and bug fixes.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation planning.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and code changes.
• Support upgrades, patching, and migration activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and business units.
