About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Remedy Developer with a strong background in BMC Remedy development, implementation, and integration. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Remedy platform customization, upgrades, and high-availability configurations, alongside excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using BMC Remedy platform to meet business and client requirements.
- Configure, customize, and enhance BMC Remedy applications to improve workflows and functionality.
- Perform system upgrades, including Remedy AR Server and Remedy Mid-Tier, applying patches to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
- Integrate Remedy with external systems using web services and REST APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and automation.
- Configure and maintain high-availability, clustered environments for BMC Remedy v9.x to ensure system reliability and uptime.
- Implement and manage identity and access management features, including Single Sign-On (SSO), RSSO, and LDAP plugin integrations for secure user authentication and authorization.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain system health.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical consultancy, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in on-call support rotations and be flexible to travel occasionally based on project needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with BMC Remedy, including development, implementation, configuration, and system upgrades.Strong expertise in Remedy integration with external applications via web services and REST APIs.Proven experience upgrading Remedy AR Server and Remedy Mid-Tier with the latest patches.Knowledge of configuring BMC Remedy v9.x in high-availability and clustered environments.Proficiency in customizing Remedy applications to suit specific customer business processes.Familiarity with Identity and Access Management technologies such as SSO, RSSO, and LDAPplugins.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issueseffectively.
