Designation : LES (Legacy LES & LIMS) Developer - Biovia application / systems

Qualification : Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Bioinformatics, or a related technical field.

Experience : Minimum 3+ years hands-on with Biovia Legacy LES and LIMS, with Pipeline Pilot (PLP) protocol development exposure.

Work Timing : US ( PST ) Hours (Work schedule can be split into 4 hours PM (IST) and 4 hours AM (PST) working hours once KT (Knowledge Transfer) days are completed for new Joiners - depending on daylight saving)

Job Role :

We are seeking a skilled LES Developer with strong experience in Biovia Legacy LES, Biovia LIMS, and Pipeline Pilot (PLP) development.

The role will be focused on enhancing, maintaining, and supporting legacy LES systems integrated with Biovia LIMS, driving digital transformation within the lab informatics environment.

The candidate should have sound experience in SQL scripting and data querying and must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and deliver robust solutions.

Experience with Compose and Capture modules is not required for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain workflows and protocols in Legacy LES and Biovia LIMS
• Develop and enhance PLP (Pipeline Pilot) protocols for data integration and ETL across laboratory systems
• Configure and troubleshoot Biovia LIMS components, workflows, and interfaces
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and validation teams to implement compliant solutions under GxP
• Ensure data integrity and system reliability in accordance with regulatory standards
• Write technical documentation, support SOP creation, and assist in system validation
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend system improvements
• Perform root cause analysis and provide resolution for production issues
• Participate in testing, deployment, and support activities for LES & LIMS upgrades / migrations
