Position description :
This position is a part of our Business Creation Process, where the incumbent will be working on generating new leads & dealing with the existing customers. We are seeking for a hard working and a sincere candidate having good communication skills, is a team player and has the ability to build relationships.
Primary Responsibilities :
Generate leads by connecting with customers through various channels like cold calling, social media, HPC platforms, past database and online mapping
Promote Galaxy’s offerings by having an in depth understanding of the portfolio & propose a value buy
Create customized proposals and solutions that meet customer needs
Maintain & nurture relationships with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities
Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer discussions using Salesforce
Provide regular reports & updates to the respective seniors
Keep track of hygiene areas like receivables, quotations, contracts, etc
Educational qualifications preferred
Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or MSc Chemistry
Experience
: 3 to 7 yrs
