Job Description : Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling software and IT services solutions, specifically to banks and financial institutions. This individual will come with a mandate to acquire new logos and should have an extensive rolodex of industry contacts and a proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base within the banking and financial services sector.

Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organizations to understand their business & technology needs and present tailored software and IT services solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and exceptional service.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Engineering, Marketing, SDR Team, Implementation and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.

Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

10-15 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on software and IT services solutions to Banks and Financial Industry.

Proven track record of success in selling cloud & on-premise technology solutions to banks and financial institutions.

Should have a good understanding of hyper-scalers and their solution offing's around cloud platforms, Digital Transformation solutions, Managed Services and AI based solutions.

Extensive rolodex of industry contacts and established relationships with key decision-makers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
