Job Description : Associate Manager – Digital Media Key Responsibilities (Technical & Managerial)
Account Ownership
- Independently manage end-to-end digital media operations for up to five client accounts / brands , ensuring strategic alignment, timely delivery, and high-quality output.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading discussions, presenting performance insights, and addressing requirements proactively.
Media Planning & Strategy
Strategize, ideate, and develop comprehensive media plans aligned with each client's business goals, performance KPIs, and marketing objectives.Recommend innovative media approaches, platform mixes, and budget allocations to maximize ROI.Campaign Structuring & Execution
Define detailed campaign structures, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and platform-level setups to maximize campaign efficiency.Lead the flawless execution of media plans and ensure alignment with both internal and client expectations.Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Oversee daily performance tracking across all digital platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Programmatic, E-commerce, etc.).Generate actionable performance reports with insights and recommendations to guide client decision-making.Optimization & Result Delivery
Continuously optimize campaigns across platforms to meet and exceed committed targets.Identify opportunities to scale performance and improve efficiency through data-led decisions.Competitor & Market Analysis
Conduct detailed competitor benchmarking, category assessments, and trend analyses.Provide intelligence that enhances strategic planning and supports client business growth.Team & Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, analytics, strategy, ad ops) to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign delivery.Coordinate and oversee deliverables from junior team members supporting your accounts.Training & Leadership
Mentor and train reportees, upskilling them on digital media fundamentals, tools, and best practices.Foster a culture of learning, ownership, and performance excellence.Industry Awareness
Stay updated with the latest digital media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools / technologies.Leverage industry developments to enhance client strategy and internal capabilities.Qualifications
Postgraduate, Graduate, or holder of a recognized Diploma in Mass Media, Marketing Communication, Advertising, or a related field.Certifications in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / Programmatic / E-commerce will be an added advantage.Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.Experience : 3- 7 years
Skill sets (Mandatory) : Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads,Branding.
E-commerce experience is must
