We are currently searching for an HR Executive to join our team during the night shift from 8 : 30 PM to 5 : 30 AM.

Position Overview :

As an HR Executive at Lytegen, you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. This role is crucial in ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly and that our employees have the support they need to thrive within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, from job postings to onboarding.
