Position Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our HR team during our night shift from 8 : 30 PM to 5 : 30 AM. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing various HR functions, supporting our employees, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
