Role Overview

As the Business Head EOR / Staffing, you’ll own the P&L, strategy, and execution of our EOR and staffing business. You’ll work closely with the founders to define the GTM strategy, acquire and onboard clients, ensure seamless delivery and compliance, and build scalable operational models for global expansion.

This is a strategic leadership role with hands-on execution in the early phase — ideal for someone who has scaled staffing, RPO, HR tech, or EOR businesses across India or international markets (especially the US).

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and own the P&L and growth roadmap for the EOR and staffing verticals.
  • Build the business model, pricing strategy, and delivery playbooks for scale.
  • Collaborate with founders to set quarterly and annual goals for revenue, client growth, and operational excellence.
  • Drive innovation in service offerings, ensuring differentiation in a competitive global market.

2. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard US- and India-based startups, SMBs, and enterprises seeking to build remote or on-site teams.
  • Drive outbound sales, partnerships, and alliances with accelerators, VC networks, and HR leaders.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, founders, and HR decision-makers.
  • Own pipeline management and conversion metrics, ensuring predictable revenue growth.
  • 3. Operations & Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding, payroll, compliance, and HR operations for all EOR and staffing employees.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with employment, taxation, and labor regulations across India and client geographies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for contracts, documentation, benefits, and lifecycle management.
  • Drive excellence in employee experience, retention, and client satisfaction through process standardization and automation.
  • 4. Team Building & Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing operations, compliance, and client success team.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster collaboration across sales, legal, HR, finance, and tech functions for seamless delivery.
  • Implement data-driven reporting systems and dashboards for performance visibility.
  • 5. Partnerships & Expansion

  • Forge partnerships with legal, payroll, and compliance firms across India, the US, and emerging markets.
  • Expand the delivery footprint into new talent markets such as Philippines, LATAM, and Eastern Europe.
  • Explore strategic alliances with global staffing agencies and HR tech platforms to strengthen the EOR offering.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 5–15 years of experience in Staffing, EOR, RPO, or Global Talent Solutions.
  • Proven success in owning P&L, building teams, and scaling B2B or service-based business lines.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws, compliance, and payroll operations (India or international markets).
  • Exposure to working with global clients (especially US-based companies).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action and comfort in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with recruitment automation, global mobility, or HR tech is a plus.
