Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Revenue Growth : Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets for
the assigned category.
ROAS & CAC Optimization of ad performance to ensure healthy Return on Ad
Spend and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost.
Ad Performance : Measurement of engagement, ROAS, and Hook rate,
Conversion rate, and more across Meta Ads campaigns.
Creative Effectiveness : Performance of newly launched ad creatives and
campaigns against benchmarks.
Category Contribution : Impact of category growth on overall business
performance.
Iteration Speed : Ability to analyze, test, and optimize campaigns quickly
based on data insights.
Trend Responsiveness : Integration of market trends and audience insights
into creative and strategic planning.
Collaboration Quality : Effective coordination with design, marketing, and
product teams to achieve aligned business goals.
