A leading Health Insurance company is hiring for the Agency Channel to drive business by recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Financial Advisors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit and onboard a team of Financial Advisors (FAs).
- Provide regular training, motivation, and guidance to ensure timely and effective sales.
- Conduct ongoing product training sessions to enhance knowledge and selling capabilities.
- Monitor performance and mentor advisors to help them achieve their individual sales targets.
- Drive business generation through the recruited team of Financial Advisors.
- Support advisors with sales tools, product materials, and field assistance when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Candidate Profile :
Experience : Minimum 1–3 years in agency sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.Strong experience in recruitment and management of sales teams (especially agents / advisors).Candidates from insurance, banking, or BFSI sectors preferred.Graduation is mandatory.Should have a stable career history and strong interpersonal and communication skills.Skills Required
