Job descriptionResearch and pursue new business opportunities. Provide clients with comprehensive product consultations and guide decision-making. Upsell and cross-sell products / services to achieve sales goals. Ensure high client satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Role Responsibilities :
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently while meeting sales targets.
