Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow relationships with individual and business banking customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products
- Cross-sell loans, credit cards, deposits, and investment products
- Assist customers with account opening, transactions, and problem resolution
- Achieve sales and service targets set by the bank
- Monitor customer portfolios and follow up for renewals or upgrades
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
