Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow relationships with individual and business banking customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products
  • Cross-sell loans, credit cards, deposits, and investment products
  • Assist customers with account opening, transactions, and problem resolution
  • Achieve sales and service targets set by the bank
  • Monitor customer portfolios and follow up for renewals or upgrades
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service

Requirements :

  • Experience in banking or financial services
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
