- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients : regular communication, responding to client inquiries and requests, and addressing any issues that arise
- Understanding client needs and requirements : understanding of the client's needs, goals, and objectives in order to provide relevant and effective solutions
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities : identify new business opportunities, such as upselling existing products or services, and work with the sales team to close new deals
- Providing excellent customer service : ensuring that clients are satisfied with the products and services they receive
- Collaborating with internal teams : work closely with other internal teams, such as the sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure that clients receive a seamless and positive experience
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments : stay informed about industry trends and developments in order to provide relevant advice and recommendations to clients
