Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting the value of InSeconds.App, and developing long-term relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to target customers, managing sales pipelines, meeting sales quotas, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Sales Associate will collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and foster product improvements based on feedback.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer engagement, and relationship managementStrong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to present information clearly and effectivelyProficiency in market research and lead generation techniquesProblem-solving, negotiation, and customer-service skillsAbility to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team settingFamiliarity with CRM tools or similar sales management software is preferredA proactive and goal-oriented attitude towards achieving sales targetsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
