We're seeking an AVP / VP / Head of Sales to build and scale our GTM engine across Microsoft Modern Workplace, Dynamics 365 (Business Central, CRM, F&O), Power Platform, and ServiceNow practices.
The focus will be on establishing strong sales fundamentals, managing P&L, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering value-driven growth across regions.

- A Microsoft Solutions and ServiceNow Partner - is looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial sales leader to build our sales foundation and drive multi-regional growth.
- This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone with deep domestic and international IT sales experience who's ready to take ownership of revenue, partnerships, and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & GTM Strategy : Define and execute a focused go-to-market plan across India and key international markets.Practice Building : Lay the foundation for scalable sales operations, processes, and revenue channels across Microsoft and ServiceNow offerings.P&L Ownership : Drive profitability through intelligent forecasting, pricing, and pipeline execution.Enterprise Sales : Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with enterprise decision-makers (CIOs, CFOs, COOs).Stakeholder Management : Collaborate effectively with internal delivery, marketing, and finance teams, and manage high-value external client relationships.Partner & Channel Management : Build strong ties with key ecosystem players including Microsoft, ServiceNow, Redington, Ingram, Tech Data, and regional distributors.Account Growth : Identify new opportunities in existing accounts and execute targeted acquisition strategies to onboard new logos.Competitive Intelligence : Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitors move to inform sales strategy.Desired Skills & Experience :
15+ years of successful IT solution sales across domestic (India) and global markets.Proven experience in selling Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise IT platforms.Strong P&L and strategic sales planning expertise.Excellent external stakeholder engagement and internal cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience in working with distributors like Redington, Ingram, Tech Data, etc.Deep understanding of consultative selling, value positioning, and long-term account growth.Adept in using CRM tools and sales analytics to forecast, plan, and execute.About NGenious Solutions :
