Assistant Vice President - Product

• The Product Manager is responsible for driving product development, product implementation, integration for financial institutions in the merchant payments business.
• The role requires independently driving the product metrics and strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Manage and take ownership of product end- to-end : including doing market research, defining scope, gathering and prioritizing requirements and managing product launches.
• Drive clarity on complex and ambiguous projects
• Work with cross-functional teams that include engineering, design, marketing and growth
• Develop products with specific focus on revenue and strategic growth of Merchants and Acquirers.
• Develop a product roadmap for the Merchant VAS & ensure seamless product functionality
• Sharp focus on understanding customer, marketing, ecosystem and competition insights.
• Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that the user experience (UI / UX) is intuitive, seamless, and delightful.
• Work with internal and client facing teams to develop enablement plans, manage stakeholders and expectations.
• Ability to coordinate with various functions to ensure product roll-out within defined timelines, understand product priorities, and implement a product governance framework.
