Job Title : Assistant Vice President - Partnerships

Location : Mumbai

What you will do :

The AVP - Partnerships will support the overall partnerships charter by driving partner acquisition, commercial execution, integration coordination, and ongoing partner management.

You will play a pivotal role in scaling our unsecured lending business through strategic alliances with banks, NBFCs, fintech enablers, and digital ecosystem partners.

This role requires strong relationship management, commercial understanding, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to operationalize partnership-led growth at speed.

The AVP Partnerships is a core execution leader driving our partnership engine. Your work will directly influence partner growth, funnel efficiency, disbursal scale, and the overall success of the ecosystem.
