Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Caller (US) Intern at Undergrads. The intern will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our services, and arranging follow-up meetings. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records of calls, managing client information, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and strategies. Enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and organize client information effectively
• Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent. Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is advantageous
