Tasks
1. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to drive business growth by acquiring new leads.
2. Effectively pitch and promote services to prospective clients, providing tailored product recommendations based on their career objectives.
3. Generate sales leads through referrals and cold calling, meeting monthly targets and revenue goals.
4. Work with the Sales and Marketing team to strategize and execute new marketing initiatives.
5. Schedule and conduct meetings, delivering compelling pitches to potential clients.
6. Follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into clients, while identifying and
managing potential risks alongside team members.
