We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our campus placements team. The intern will act as the link between the Supply Team (students) and the Demand Team (recruiters / companies) to ensure a smooth and accurate mapping of students to hiring companies, while maintaining real-time updates of recruitment activities.
Job Description
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, maintain calendars, and resolve conflicts. Communicate with candidates and interviewers for confirmations, logistics, and rescheduling.
- Join and monitor every interview session to ensure timely attendance and smooth execution.
- Track candidate progress, maintain accurate data, and share daily / weekly status updates.
- Review sessions and provide quality-control feedback within 24 hours.
- Research and map students to company requirements and keep records current.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to streamline operations.
