We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Caller to drive attendance and secure sponsorships for our flagship networking event. This role is the primary engine for delegate acquisition and partnership development, requiring a professional and persistent approach to direct outreach. Key Responsibilities
- Delegate & Visitor Acquisition (Primary Focus) :
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to agencies, founders, and relevant business leaders to pitch the event's value.
- Successfully convince prospects to register as delegates or visitors.
- Manage and track outreach efforts using a CRM system.
- Sponsorship Pitching :
- Identify and contact potential sponsors from target agencies and companies.
- Present sponsorship packages and tailor the pitch to the prospect's needs.
- Follow up on warm leads and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
- Pipeline Management :
- Maintain an organised database of leads, track communication history, and report daily / weekly progress against set targets.
- Handle registration and payment follow-ups efficiently.
What You Must Bring
Exceptional English Communication (Verbal & Written) : A must-have requirement.
