Sales & Marketing Specialist (On-site, Greater Noida)

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our corporate office and manufacturing facility in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida) .

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client communication, market research, and branding initiatives.

The individual should ideally reside near the company location for day-to-day coordination between the sales office and production unit.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field .
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or client coordination (preferably in essential oils, fragrances, or related chemical industries).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails, proposals, and business letters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and digital marketing tools .
• Good interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple client requirements.
• Preference for candidates residing near Greater Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar.
