Job Objective :

Responsible for overall sales and business activities in India and neighbor countries. Main task is to grow the Indian Sales in coming years. Create and implement Business plan by Identifying business opportunities evaluating customer requirement market conditions competitor data for Enstos products and solutions. Build channel partner and go to market strategy with channel partner. To arrange product approvals and participate in tenders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage ENSTOs India Sales and Business development activity.
  • Grow the business in India and neighboring countries.
  • Build and lead an effective sales organization : size roles and capability.
  • Proactive interface with the ENSTO global sales team (OHL UG NA PAC).
  • Develop strategies on new and existing market and deploy to achieve defined target.
  • Developing Channel partner strategy and grow business in targeted market.
  • Analysis verification & documentations for tenders / bids.
  • Conducting market analysis and monitoring competitive activity
  • Form in-depth understanding of the local industry market customers and competitors.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Relationship management with electricity distribution companies / DISCOMs / utilities / EPC customers.
  • Define plan and run marketing activities such as trade shows and exhibitions
  • Set annual sales business plan and ensure collections as per sales plan
  • Drives S&OP process along with operation team
  • Set clear KPIs conduct performance reviews and ensure accountability of sales team.

Competencies :

  • Knowledge of the energy sector (market size competition development trends etc.)
  • Strong leadership and business acumen Awareness of Latest Industry trends
  • Knowledge of local customers (DISCOMs and EPC contractors) procurement processes decision making processes key decision makers etc.
  • Exceptional leadership communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and effectively
  • Strong prescription understanding

  • Positive can-do attitude which is dynamic and proactive
  • Able to work autonomously
  • CRM tools experience
  • Fluent use of the MS Office suite.
  • Required Education and Experience :

  • Masters or Bachelors degree level in Engineering business administration
  • Work experience in sales in energy sector Indian DISCOMs and EPC contractors (Engineering Procurement Construction) design / construction offices
  • Good networking skill
  • Previous experience in a commercial role of similar industry (at least 10 years with min. 5 years on Managerial leading the team of min. 5 persons)
  • Strong B2B experiences in commercial deal making sales marketing and business development
  • Proved track record of Strong sales growth
  • Experience Knowledge of commercial tenders
  • Excellent hunting / prospecting capabilities
  • Reporting : To Managing Director Ensto India

    Job Location : IMT Manesar / Mumbai / Ahmedabad
