The B2B Sales Head will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, building strong trade relationships, and generating revenue growth across targeted B2B channels in the travel and tourism industry. Strategic Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B partners (travel agents, tour operators, MICE agencies).
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, referrals, and industry networking.
- Sales meetings, generate leads, enquiry management, follow up and closure
Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through regular touchpoints and performance reviews.Provide training and product knowledge sessions to trade partners to drive bookings.Act as the main point of contact for all B2B trade-related inquiries.Trade Engagement & Market Activation
Represent the brand at B2B exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, and partner events.Conceptualize and execute tactical campaigns and incentive programs with trade partners.Lead the planning and coordination of trade FAM trips to generate product familiarity.Communication :

Education & Experience
Minimum 1year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism or related discipline.Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a sales-driven mindset.Excellent presentation, communication, and written English skills.Strong organizational and project management capabilities.Data-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting.Attributes
