Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Head at Brinda Pharma Technologies. The Sales Head will be responsible for crafting and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, leading and mentoring the sales team, and consulting with internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations. The role will also involve attending industry events, preparing performance reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the company's offerings.

Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development
Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is an advantage
Ability to handle negotiations and maintain long-term client relationships
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
Willingness to travel as needed to foster relationships and drive business growth
