Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with OEM partners to drive consumer durable loan business.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Drive sales and business development initiatives with OEM partners and dealer networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Risk, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Monitor portfolio performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to create effective business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and OEM agreements.
- Travel across India as needed to manage OEM relationships and business opportunities.
