Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong background in Quick Commerce to drive growth across platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and similar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end relationships with Q-commerce partners and ensuring our brand visibility, availability, and sales performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow business relationships with Q-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
Drive sales, visibility, and product placement on each platform.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal launches.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Analyze sales data and platform performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.
Negotiate annual business plans, margins, and trade terms with platform stakeholders.
Maintain accurate forecasts and stock planning for each account.
Ensure strong brand representation through content optimization and creative inputs.
Identify new platform opportunities and expansion routes within the quick commerce ecosystem.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing accounts on Q-Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, platform analytics, and consumer behavior
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis
Experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized
