Key responsibilities - Sales and Business Development : Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for insurance products. Collaborate with bank branch managers and staff to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and increase insurance policy sales.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch personnel, including branch managers, relationship managers, and customer service representatives.
Provide training and support to educate them about insurance products, sales techniques, and processes. Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service to bank customers by addressing their insurance-related inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with policy servicing requests.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales process. Sales Reporting and Analysis : Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare sales reports for management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness and achieve targets. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements : Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to insurance sales. Stay updated with industry regulations and changes in insurance products to ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards.
