The ideal candidate will leverage modern tools like Apollo, Zoho CRM, and AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT to drive meaningful client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial sales / consultation calls with prospects.
• Maintain and update CRM records using Zoho.
• Respond to client emails and schedule introductory meetings.
• Clearly articulate and present ProCreator’s value proposition.
• Gather detailed client requirements and relevant project information.
• Perform lead generation using Apollo and other channels.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in managing design projects, preferably in UX / UI. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability. Excellent English written and spoken communication skills. Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Zoho Projects, Sketch, and Illustrator. Experience working with creative teams and understanding of UX / UI processes. Good awareness of end-to-end development processes, including front-end and back-end development, to effectively collaborate with technical teams. Ability to translate business needs into structured UX requirements. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Who You Are : A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
