QBurst is undergoing an exciting AI-led transformation, and we’re seeking a strategic thinker to shape the future of our digital marketing services.

Experience : 8 to 12 years

Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Trivandrum, Kochi, Calicut and Thrissur

Responsibilities :

Own end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned to business goals

Design / optimize omnichannel journeys (web, email, mobile, social, paid)

Translate goals into data-backed campaign plans with clear KPIs

Build reporting frameworks; track, analyze, and optimize performance

Conduct competitor / market research to identify trends and gaps

Provide consultative guidance to clients and internal stakeholders

Collaborate with design, dev, content, and analytics for execution alignment

Advocate AI-assisted marketing (audience modeling, testing automation)

Requirements :

Proven experience crafting and executing omnichannel strategies

Hands-on with or similar MAPs / CDPs SFMC, Hub Spot, Adobe Campaign, AEP

Exposure to marketing Analytics, Paid Media, SEO, and Email / Lifecycle

Experience developing and engagement plans customer journey frameworks

Strong analytical and presentation skills; stakeholder influence capability

Exposure to Agile / PMP Project management
