Goal :
Establish a "tier 2" team to provide additional build capacity for Workday functional needs. Resources would be able to manage lower-complexity builds with minimal oversight in specific domains. Additionally, they will require only light training on Workday tooling beyond what is specific to the Meta environment.

HCM Requirements
Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & NotificationsDemonstrated knowledge of Workday Docs, letter templates, Questionnaire, Survey, Reference Letters and custom alertsAdvanced hand-on process with Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination business processesAbility to create Calculated Fields and Custom reportsStrong Understanding of building, maintaining and interpreting Security Group Permissions.Be able to provide recommendations to Tier 1 Team to fix incorrect transactionsTime & Absence Requirements
Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & NotificationsAdvanced hand-on experience with time-off plan configuration including complex accruals, carryovers, shadow plans and touchpoints with leaves and time tracking.Advanced hands-on experience with leave configuration including balance periods, cascading leaves, intermittent leaves, and complex eligibility and validation rules.Experience with ancillary absence processes such as automated leave return, automatic balance adjustments and transfers, Sell Time Off and others.Experience with Workday time-tracking configuration, time submissions, and employee work schedules.Experience with reporting using the available Absence and Time Tracking data sources.Knowledge of Workday's API capabilities for the Absence and Time Tracking modules.Payroll Requirements
