Workday Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enhancement and support of Workday modules covering : HR Core, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday configurations / solutions.
• Design and configure Workday business processes, security, and reporting to meet the business requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Workday solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Workday with other enterprise systems.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify areas where Workday can be customized to meet client-specific requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of Workday configurations.
• Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday features.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
