Job Title : Workday Senior Functional Consultant
Your Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Functional Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and optimizing Workday solutions across HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports.
This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the enhancement and support of Workday modules covering : HR Core, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday configurations / solutions.
Design and configure Workday business processes, security, and reporting to meet the business requirements.
Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Workday solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Workday with other enterprise systems.
Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify areas where Workday can be customized to meet client-specific requirements.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of Workday configurations.
Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday features.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Workday Pro Certifications
8+ years of experience as a Workday Sr Functional Consultant.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with business process configuration, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing and validation, end-user training, and troubleshooting and support.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with Workday integrations and reporting.
Knowledge of industry best practices for Workday implementations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
