Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment and hiring processes. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment data. This role offers exposure to end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Support in maintaining recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
Participate in employer branding activities such as career fairs, campus drives, and social media campaigns.
Maintain candidate engagement and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn / Job Portals.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
